ER Studio Data Architect Enterprise Subscriptions Service

The Arizona Department of Administration State Procurement Office requires a vendor to provide ER/Studio Team Edition CON Multi-Plat enterprise subscriptions for data governance tools. The awarded contractor will perform the contract offsite for a one-year term. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Offerors must submit their initial proposals electronically through the APP system within the Prepare RFx Technical Questions and Financial Questions tabs. Submissions must include Attachments 1 through 9, covering an offer and acceptance form, confidential information designation, conformance statements, key personnel, a letter of insurability, proposed subcontractors, an offeror questionnaire, references, and a pricing document. All inquiries must be submitted at least three business days before the bid due date. The state will evaluate proposals based on responsiveness, sufficiency, offeror commitment, and conformance with scope requirements, necessary offer components, and designated evaluation criteria. Contingent upon award, the vendor must achieve a minimum assessment level of GovRAMP Core for data security prior to system acquisition.
