Entry Control System

The Swain Campus of Moravian Academy requests bids for new entry control system hardware that connects to an existing CCure 9000 server at the Merle Smith Campus. The requested scope includes replacing eleven exterior school RFID readers, one internal reception reader, and one exterior house reader, while integrating two existing 2N IP Verso intercom units. Bidders must ensure all new devices read 36-bit Simplex HID Prox II cards, operate locally during communication losses, and integrate with Tyco CCure 9000 version 3.10(+). Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and vendors must conduct a mandatory site visit to be evaluated. System installation begins June 7, 2027, and full integration must finish by August 20, 2027, with a final PCCD project completion deadline of June 30, 2028.
