Energy Model Management and Maintenance Services

The University of Massachusetts requires energy model management and maintenance services for a government authority in Westborough, MA. The selected vendor must establish a baseline energy model for campus buildings and update it continuously under Energy Modeling Guidelines. Scope of work includes quarterly seasonal model validations, reviewing consultant models for compliance, attending quarterly and ad-hoc coordination meetings, and providing technical support for time-sensitive analyses alongside facilities, planning, design, and sustainability staff.
