RFI for Lone Worker Devices and Live Monitoring Services

The Ontario Ministry of Finance requires market intelligence regarding commercially available lone worker devices and live monitoring services to support approximately 28 Compliance Branch inspectors conducting field inspections throughout Ontario. The requested scope includes information on product specifications, acquisition models, device functionality, connectivity, monitoring services, support, and estimated pricing for 28 devices to assist the Ministry with decision-making and evaluating vendor readiness. Only Canadian organizations performing work onsite are eligible to participate. Suppliers must submit their information by email by 11:00:00 AM on October 30, 2026. All supplier questions must be submitted via email to the Ministry Contact no later than October 21, 2026. Submissions must include a completed and signed Respondent Submission Form (Appendix A).
