Web-Based Library Web Services Platform

The buyer requires a comprehensive, web-based library web services platform to serve over 250,000 students, faculty, and staff across 26 campuses. The requested scope includes a content management system, virtual reference and communication services, scheduling and booking features, e-reserves management, custom form and survey builders, and centralized consortium-level statistics and usage reporting. Performance of the work will be offsite. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. The contract term is for five years, and vendors must submit all questions no later than October 23, 2026.
