Transportation Study Service

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is requesting proposals from qualified onshore U.S. consultants for the FY 2027 Southwest Valley Transportation Study. The selected vendor must evaluate the regional multimodal transportation network, conduct stakeholder and public outreach, and identify needed improvements for arterial roadways, Interstate 10, interchanges, and intersections for 2030, 2040, and 2050 horizon years. Duties include conducting a three-tier network evaluation, completing technical memorandums, developing planning-level cost estimates, creating implementation strategies, and producing a final report with an executive summary. Applicants can submit responses digitally via email or online. The resulting award will be a cost-reimbursement plus fixed fee contract that requires monthly progress reports, potential record audit examinations, conflict of interest disclosures, and compliance with specified insurance and Title VI non-discrimination standards.
