Janitorial Services

The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Forestry requires janitorial services for its headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia. The requested scope includes emptying trash and recycling, dust-mopping and damp-mopping hard floors, cleaning elevator interiors, wiping baseboards, washing interior windows, and cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking restrooms, breakrooms, and kitchenettes. Onshore USA organizations that are eVA registered and compliant with State Corporation Commission and E-Verify requirements are eligible to bid. A pre-proposal meeting takes place on November 03, 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through VBO, mailed, or hand-delivered by November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The agency evaluates bids based on net prices and awards the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract term runs from ratification through November 20, 2027, with four optional one-year renewals.
