Full Control Locker Integration and Enterprise System

Texas A&M University requires a vendor to provide a full control locker integration and enterprise system. The vendor must convert three locker systems and implement a configurable package tracking locker software system for College Station featuring ADA compliance, an unlimited user license, one-to-one chain of custody control, a student-facing mail app, a web portal, student ID card integration, kiosk notifications, AI-powered OCR scanning, and automated letter mail workflows. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work must be performed offsite. Bidders must submit questions no later than October 23, 2026, and submit completed proposals digitally via email or online before 2:00 p.m. CST on November 6, 2026. The university will evaluate responsive proposals based on vendor experience, pricing and benefits to the user, and an optional on-site demonstration to determine best value. Bidders are required to submit proposal pricing and must obtain specified insurance coverages, including workers' compensation, business auto liability, commercial general liability, excess/umbrella liability, and cyber liability.
