Enrolment Operations Program Manager Solution

Online & Professional Studies requires an Enrolment Operations Program Manager to support its enrolment operations division through offsite performance. The selected vendor must lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Slate CRM functionality, including migrating workflows from legacy systems into Slate and coordinating system integrations with Salesforce, Summit, CAS, and Synapsis. Additionally, the scope includes establishing scalable processes, implementing workflow automation, managing international student processing, maintaining data governance and compliance, and supporting fraud prevention initiatives.
