Business Development Marketing Communications Services

The Office of Exposition Park Management requires a qualified firm to provide offsite labor, personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, and services to perform business development, marketing, communications, partnership management, stakeholder engagement, and revenue generation for Exposition Park. Requested scope includes implementing an integrated business development and marketing strategy, securing revenue-generating partnerships, updating branding strategy and guidelines, optimizing sponsorship and commercial asset valuation, and delivering communications services such as content creation, speech writing, and event execution. Eligible bidders must be USA-based organizations with a minimum of ten years of experience providing similar services. Required application materials include Attachment 6 with at least three references, a Payee Data Record (Std. 204), a Certificate of Insurance and Endorsements, and narrative, technical, and cost proposals. Bidders must submit questions by October 22, 2026, and submit final proposals by October 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM. A panel will evaluate proposals based on a multi-step process considering reference verification, narrative/technical strategies, qualifications, responsiveness, and total extended cost to determine the best value bid.
