Transaction and Fairness Consultant Services

The government authority in Alberta requires a vendor to provide transaction advisory support and independent fairness oversight for procurement processes through contract execution and closeout. The selected consultant must assist with procurement planning, risk advice, electronic data room administration, evaluator training, and fairness reporting in accordance with the province-approved project schedule. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to apply, and the work will be performed offsite.
