The Department of Finance of the County of Rockland needs a vendor to provide offsite appraisal services for three contiguous lots in Rockland, NY, for a development project. The selected firm must compare pre-parcel values with post-swap parcel valuations and submit a comprehensive appraisal report complying with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and state regulations. Only United States onshore organizations with a current state appraisal license, a minimum of five years of appraisal experience, professional liability insurance, and no conflicts of interest are eligible to bid.
