Virginia Housing seeks qualified onshore commercial real estate brokerage firms to establish a professional service contract specializing in commercial real estate sales. The selected vendor will perform onsite work in Richmond, VA, providing property valuation, marketing strategies, listing creation, buyer qualification, negotiations, transaction management, closing assistance, and regular progress reporting. Eligible offerors must have been in business for at least five years, possess local commercial real estate market knowledge, demonstrate experience with large commercial properties, and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
