RFI for Lease of Property Service

The City of Knoxville Purchasing Division seeks information from onshore US property owners interested in leasing land to operate public recycling drop-off centers. The city needs sites located within Knoxville city limits across its northern, southern, eastern, and western quadrants to accommodate up to ten metal roll-off containers, a locked dumpster, a composting receptacle, a portable restroom, and a small storage shed. Eligible property owners may propose an entire parcel or a portion of a larger property, with preference given to fenced, paved areas of 0.35 to 0.50 acres featuring direct arterial road access, electrical power, and adequate lighting.
