Graphic Design Services for Marketing Collateral and Upcoming Major Events

The Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs seeks proposals from qualified consultants to research, design, and produce a visual brand identity, including marketing and communications collateral, for its arts and cultural events and initiatives. Work duties include researching graphic design best practices for municipal arts organizations, developing collateral strategies, and creating digital and print templates to support programmatic offerings. Eligible applicants must be USA organizations operating offsite. Applicants must submit proposals by email to Lex Gelb at [email protected] by November 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PST, and all questions are due no later than November 5, 2026. Submissions must include hourly rates for key personnel, estimated hours and costs, non-salary expenses, the most recent annual audited financial statement, a five-year financial history, and various required City compliance forms. Evaluation will focus on overall qualifications, staff experience, resources, compliance with City policies, and the reasonableness of hourly rates and schedules. The contract term is one year and is renewable upon review.
