Holiday Luncheon Event Services

The Central Ohio Transit Authority needs a vendor to provide complete holiday luncheon event services for all seven assignments. The requested scope includes event execution, staffing, food preparation, transportation, staging, setup, hot meal and beverage service, inventory replenishment, breakdown, cleanup, and administering a ticketing system to limit distribution to one meal per eligible employee. Eligible offerors are onshore USA organizations. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, with technical responses and cost proposals uploaded as separate files alongside a current Form W-9. Questions are due by October 26, 2026, at 5:00 pm, question responses will be provided by November 2, 2026, and proposal responses are due by November 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Proposals will be evaluated across two phases, incorporating a 100-point scale for Phase II short-listed proposers, a menu tasting session for up to ten attendees, and a cost evaluation using a 0-to-5-point formula weighted at 25 points. Unsuccessful offerors will receive pre- and post-award exclusion notices and may request a debriefing.
