24x7 Call Center Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide comprehensive 24x7 call center services for a health system's central fill and mail order pharmacy program. The requested scope includes inbound and outbound call handling, customer service, pharmacy support, patient engagement, and care coordination capable of scaling for seasonal fluctuations, public health emergencies, and surge events. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 28, 2026, and submit proposals to define the project budget. The resulting contract will cover a three-year performance period.
