Depository and Banking Services

The City of Nassau Bay, Texas, requires depository and banking services to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The selected vendor must handle approximately 2,000 annual checks and electronic payments, along with roughly 2,200 annual deposits. The required scope includes a primary operating checking account, an interest-earning checking sweep account, EMS and grant non-interest earning accounts, and a high-yield money market account. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and vendors must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The City prioritizes productive automated services and reporting, while merchant services will remain under a separate existing agreement.
