Body Armor and External Carriers Supplies

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri requires proposals from licensed, qualified companies to secure annual pricing for police body armor and external vest carriers. The required scope includes specific Safariland patrol carriers, ballistic panel sets, custom ID panels, United Shield cummerbund upgrades and quick release buckles, and heavy body armor components. Work will be performed onsite in St. Joseph, Missouri. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore US organizations, and vendors must certify they and their principals are not suspended or debarred. Applicants must submit questions electronically by October 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system by November 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT, including a uploaded response submission and a completed W-9 form.
