Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement Engineering Services

The City of Kirkwood, Missouri, requires a vendor to provide lead service line inventory and replacement engineering services. The selected vendor must identify service line materials on both sides of the meter to help complete the inventory and prepare construction documents for lead service line replacements. The vendor's scope includes project administration, management functions, work plan implementation, personnel scheduling, subconsultant administration, progress monitoring, and invoicing.
