Independent Technical Advisory Services

The Ministry of Jobs and Economic Growth requires independent technical advisory services for strategic investments across sectors such as maritime, AI or quantum computing, machinery manufacturing, agri-tech, life sciences, forestry, mining, and aerospace. The scope involves delivering technical reports, feasibility studies, market research, and business plans, as well as evaluating financial models, data, and industry intelligence. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to bid. Applicants must submit responses digitally via BC Bid or email to [email protected] before November 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Submissions must be in English, include a signed Submission Declaration for email deliveries, and contain the applicable Appendix B Response Form for each desired service area. An evaluation committee will assess responses using mandatory criteria and weighted scores, ranking qualified respondents for a three-year contract term.
