Strategic Planning Facilitation Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide strategic planning facilitation services for complex organizations, including designing and delivering Board-level strategic planning processes. The selected vendor must design the strategic planning process and workshop agenda, lead and facilitate the board strategic planning session, discuss the session with the planning team and leadership staff, prepare a summary of outcomes, and support the development of the board strategic plan. Only Canadian organizations located onshore are eligible to bid, and the work can be performed onsite or offsite. Bidders must submit questions no later than November 06, 2026, and digital responses may be submitted through email or online. The contract term is for four years, and the buyer is currently looking for proposal budgets.
