Investigations Service

Community Living BC requires a vendor to provide workplace investigation services in Vancouver, BC, that align with organizational policies and best practices. The selected contractor must gather evidence, maintain investigation records, create interview notes and work plans, and prepare final investigation findings reports. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this three-year contract. Interested vendors must email their proposal responses directly onto the provided Negotiated Request for Proposals document to [email protected] by November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Vendors must submit all questions by October 30, 2026. Proposals will evaluate the vendor's organizational profile, workplace investigation experience in public sector and unionized environments, methodology, and key personnel. The evaluation also considers the applicant's accessibility, capacity to handle concurrent assignments, cultural safety practices, and two provided references.
