Netherlands - Strategic Communications and Media Support Service

Aidsfonds requires a senior communications consultant or agency in Brussels to provide strategic communications and media support that elevates global health, HIV/AIDS, and the Global Fund within the EU political and media landscape. The selected vendor will deliver strategic media advice, draft materials, manage media outreach, adapt content, and amplify communications moments through social media. Only Netherlands organizations are eligible to apply for this work, which will be performed offsite in Brussels from November 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027. The estimated level of effort is up to approximately 43 consultancy days, or roughly one day per week. Applicants must submit a maximum one-page proposal detailing relevant experience, a CV, and a financial proposal stating their proposed daily rate and applicable taxes to [email protected].
