Janitorial Services

The City of Salisbury, Maryland requires a vendor to provide after-hours janitorial services for five separate facilities within the city, starting after 5:00 P.M. unless otherwise specified. The selected contractor must supply a complete list of all cleaning agents used, ensure all products are clearly labeled with safety and usage instructions, and maintain a dated schedule for all weekly, tri-weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. Only United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this onshore project. Applicants must submit their proposals digitally via email or online for a contract period lasting one year.
