Day Treatment and Intensive Day Treatment Service

San Benito County Behavioral Health seeks qualified organizations to provide structured, multi-disciplinary Day Treatment and Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Services for Medi-Cal eligible individuals in Hollister, California. The selected provider must deliver half- or full-day therapeutic interventions, psychotherapy, medication support services, care coordination, and quality management to help prevent hospitalization and maintain community placement. Eligible applicants include USA onshore organizations that meet the minimum qualifications and demonstrate experience with public agencies. Proposers must submit electronic responses via the OpenGov portal by November 9, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through the portal no later than October 26, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Proposals must include team qualifications, three government or firm references, and a separate Fee Proposal and Budget Narrative with itemized daily bundled rates for both Day Treatment and DTI services. An Evaluation Committee will review, score, and rank proposals based on the established criteria, and may conduct interviews to determine the best-evaluated firm. The budget is open for proposal submission, and the County reserves the right to negotiate final contractual rates upon award.
