Auditor Service

The Harrison Redevelopment Agency seeks an auditor to perform offsite auditing and financial services for the 2027 calendar year ending December 31, 2027. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply. The contract bases compensation for base services on a fixed fee, while additional services may receive hourly compensation. Applicants must submit one original and one electronic copy on a flash drive of their sealed proposal on their letterhead with a truthfulness certification to the Harrison Town Clerk by 2:00 p.m. on November 19, 2026. Proposals must include a NJ Business Registration Certificate, a Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia or Belarus Form, a Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran Form, and proof of required professional malpractice or errors and omissions insurance. Evaluators will assess proposals based on experience, staff adequacy, knowledge of the agency and town, availability for agency meetings, the compensation proposal, and other factors in the agency's best interest.
