Planner Service

The Harrison Redevelopment Agency seeks a vendor to provide offsite professional planner services on an as-needed basis for the 2027 calendar year, ending December 31, 2027. The selected vendor will render professional planning services to implement the Town of Harrison's redevelopment plan and any amendments. United States onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must submit one original and one electronic copy on a flash drive of their sealed submission on company letterhead to the Harrison Town Clerk by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Submissions must include a certification of truthfulness, a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, a Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia or Belarus Form, a Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran Form, and a certification confirming active professional malpractice or errors and omissions insurance. The Agency will evaluate proposals based on experience, reputation, staff adequacy, knowledge of the Agency and Town, availability for meetings, the compensation proposal, and other factors in its best interest. The contract will compensate services on an hourly rate basis, and the Agency will make an award or reject submissions within 60 days of the deadline.
