Airport Planning and Environmental Consulting Services

The Department of Public Works of Fulton County, Georgia, requests proposals for airport planning and environmental consulting services at the Fulton County Executive Airport. The requested scope includes updating, modifying, and implementing the Capital Improvement Program, master planning, environmental assessments, noise compatibility planning, facility inventories, demand forecasts, airfield modeling, terminal plan development, and financial feasibility analyses. Only USA organizations with valid professional licenses and current Georgia Department of Transportation consultant prequalifications are eligible to apply. Proposers must submit one signed technical proposal, insurance documentation, contract compliance documents, and required purchasing forms electronically via BidNet Direct by 11:00 A.M. on November 19, 2026. A pre-proposal conference takes place on October 30, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. via Zoom, and applicants must submit all inquiries by November 5, 2026. Cost proposals are required upon request only.
