The C40 Cities Finance Facility requires technical studies services for the project "Integrating Biodiversity and NbS in Flood Alleviation Infrastructure in Quezon City." The selected vendor must establish baseline environmental conditions, conduct an ecological and land use analysis, perform a hydrological and geohydrological study, and complete a site-specific climate change risk and vulnerability analysis. Work performance is offsite, and eligibility is restricted to USA organizations (onshore). The total rate for the project is EUR 100,000, and all proposed costs must be all-inclusive, detailed, and include VAT or applicable taxes. Proposals are evaluated between 3 November and 6 November 2026, with potential interviews scheduled from 11 November to 19 November 2026. Applicants must submit questions by 26 October 2026, and final proposals must be submitted using the requested format by 6:00 PM Manila time on 30 October 2026.
