Environmental Consulting Services

The County of Northampton in Northampton, PA seeks environmental consulting services to set up and manage brownfield programs, conduct inventories, and manage community outreach. The selected vendor must develop Quality Assurance Project Plans, Sampling and Analysis Plans, Health and Safety Plans, site investigation reports, and a self-sustaining revolving loan fund to provide funding for brownfield cleanups in environmental justice areas. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform work offsite, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
