Fair Photography Services

The Sumter Fair Association seeks a qualified professional photographer or photography company to serve as the Official Fair Photographer for the 2026 Sumter County Fair. The scope includes covering all livestock shows, capturing candid fairgrounds coverage, creating buyer pictures, uploading edited photos to an online gallery, and supplying two 8x10 prints per market exhibitor by April 20, 2027. Eligible applicants are onshore USA organizations with general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Proposals must include business qualifications, a portfolio, detailed pricing, proof of insurance, and three references from comparable agricultural events. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email or by mail to the Sumter Fair Association by November 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Evaluators will assess submissions based on photography quality, experience with livestock events, ability to meet deadlines, cost, and professional reputation. The contract term runs from February 1, 2027, through April 31, 2027.
