Fuel Card Services

Augusta, Georgia needs a vendor to implement and administer a fuel card program for over 1,600 authorized vehicles and equipment units. The requested scope includes card management, immediate card status controls, replacement services, emergency fuel replacement during natural disasters, access to a searchable fuel network, robust security with real-time alerts, and a secure web-based management platform. USA organizations are eligible for offsite performance. Bidders must submit one unbound original hard copy and one USB drive containing two separate files in a physical submission. The technical qualifications and mandatory documents must be placed in one sealed envelope, while the cost proposal fee schedule must be in a second sealed envelope and include an Excel file. Vendors must submit M/WBE forms in a third separate sealed envelope, and questions are due by October 30, 2026. Proposals are due by November 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Procurement Department, and email submissions are prohibited. Evaluation will focus critically on security and fraud prevention, and proposals must remain valid for ninety days.
