Affordable Housing Financial Advisory and Tax Credit Syndication Services

The San Diego Housing Commission requires a vendor to provide affordable housing financial advisory and tax credit syndication services. The selected contractor will review development budgets and operating pro formas, compare 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, identify funding gaps, recommend financing strategies, and assist in securing competitive federal, state, and local funding. Additionally, the contractor must prepare projections for lenders and investors, negotiate deal terms, and maintain compliance records regarding employment and nondiscrimination policies. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore entities within the USA, and performance of the work will occur offsite. The contract period is for one year, and applicants must submit their proposed budgets within their proposals.
