Executive Project Leadership Services

Carleton University in Ontario requires an executive project leadership firm to provide on-demand, owner-side strategic advisory and governance support for major capital projects. The selected advisor will handle project oversight, risk management, capital planning, and delivery strategy guidance across all project phases over a three-year contract term. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid, and the offsite work must be submitted digitally by email or online. Interested parties must attend a pre-bid meeting on October 30, 2026, and submit all questions to the designated contact person by November 6, 2026. An evaluation committee will review and evaluate proposals based on the criteria set out in the RFP data sheet, reserving the right to prioritize responses that fall within the budget.
