RFI for Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Services Reprocurement

The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) is issuing this Request for Information to support its procurement planning activities for the reprocurement of Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) and Forensic PACT services. DMH needs stakeholder input on topics including outcome measurement, data collection, Electronic Health Record management, MassHealth certification alignment, and the PACT service model. Eligible stakeholders include onshore USA organizations, current PACT providers, individuals receiving or having received PACT services, and their family members or guardians. Interested parties may participate in online listening sessions via Microsoft Teams or submit written feedback. Written feedback must be double-spaced in 12-point font, limited to three pages, and submitted via COMMBUYS or emailed to [email protected] by November 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
