The government authority located in Covington, LA requires a vendor to provide comprehensive environmental consulting services. The requested scope includes preparing Compliance Evaluation Inspections, assisting with regulatory enforcement responses, renewing water and wastewater facility permits, preparing Notices of Intent, and managing wastewater pretreatment, sewer spill reporting, biomonitoring, mercury minimization, and sewage sludge programs. The buyer also needs internal compliance auditing, compliance tracking tools, corrective action processes, water and wastewater sampling, laboratory coordination, and wastewater effluent quality support. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The work will be performed onsite or offsite over a one-year contract period. The buyer is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget.
