The University of Arkansas seeks a qualified vendor to provide an embedded, offsite managed-services and staff-augmentation team to operate, maintain, optimize, and expand its Anaplan environment. The selected vendor must support day-to-day production operations, resolve incidents, perform roadmap execution, build new models and integrations, support budget cycles, and manage knowledge transfer to reduce key-person dependency. Only USA-based onshore organizations that are current authorized Anaplan partners in good standing are eligible to bid. Bidders must demonstrate qualifying experience delivering production Anaplan capabilities, integrated Workday Financial Management and Human Capital Management experience within the last five years, and submit project summaries, a staffing roster, disclosures, and three comparable references. Proposals must include competitive pricing and a signed IFB form. All questions are due by October 27, 2026, and final bids must be submitted via the UA Formal Bid Submission portal by 2:30 PM CST on November 3, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted.
