Enterprise Resource Planning Transformation Journey Partner

The buyer requires a consulting firm to serve as an impartial Strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Journey Partner for a multiyear ERP transformation initiative across Finance, Human Capital Management, and Budget domains. The selected partner must provide strategic guidance, program-level support, and execution oversight to replace and consolidate the County's current ERP portfolio, covering everything from strategy, product and integrator selection, and requirements gathering to deployment, go-live, and stabilization. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Interested respondents must submit detailed proposals outlining their approach, methodologies, staffing, governance models, and pricing, which the buyer will evaluate based on demonstrated experience in complex ERP implementations, data conversions, integrations, program governance, and domain-specific modules. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 27, 2026. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
