Cloud-Based Course Evaluation Software

Oakland Community College seeks proposals from qualified suppliers for a cloud-based student course evaluation software. The software must support single sign-on, meet ADA accessibility guidelines, allow computer and mobile access, integrate college branding, export CSV data, feature real-time workflow automation, and support 30,000 to 50,000 enrollments. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations performing offsite work. Proposals are due by November 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT and must be submitted online via BidNet Direct or digitally via email.
