Fine Arts Facilities Audit and Needs Assessment Services

Horry County Schools seeks a consultant to provide a comprehensive, planning-level fine arts facilities audit and needs assessment. The selected vendor will evaluate facilities, equipment, operational practices, and support infrastructure throughout the district, conduct stakeholder engagement and benchmarking, and develop planning-level budget estimates for capital improvements. The requested scope excludes services requiring the seal of a licensed design professional, such as architectural, engineering, conceptual design, or construction document services. Only onshore, USA organizations are eligible to bid, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, tax-exempt or non-tax-exempt corporations, and government entities.
