Traffic Signal Plan Services

The City of Aurora requires new traffic signal installations for the 2026 Traffic Signal Plan for Steven D Hogan Parkway and E-470 at both the West Ramp Terminal and East Ramp Terminal intersections. The selected vendor must provide traffic signal plan services and construct the signals offsite to comply with Federal, State, and Local traffic signal standards, including MUTCD and City of Aurora guidelines. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations, and contractors must comply with non-discrimination guidelines, Small Business Enterprise program requirements, and federal funding regulations. Interested bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting on October 26, 2026, and submit all questions by October 30, 2026. The solicitation requires bidders to submit a proposal for the project budget.
