Unsignalized Crossing Improvement Service

The City of Covina requires a vendor to provide unsignalized crossing improvement services within its jurisdiction in California. Requested work includes traffic control, construction area signs, demolition and removal, subgrade preparation, PCC curb ramps, PCC curb and gutter, installing and removing city standard posts, and installing RRFB light bars, pedestrian push button posts, pedestrian push buttons, R1-5 yield signs, and continental crosswalk markings. Eligible applicants are onshore vendors based solely in the United States, and all performance of the work must take place onsite. The contract term is set for a period of one year, and the city requests proposals to determine the budget.
