Engineering Services for Oak Park Intersection and Striping Improvements

The City of Arroyo Grande is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide engineering services for intersection and striping improvements at Oak Park and El Camino Real, and Oak Park and West Branch Street. Scope requirements include observing AM and PM peak hour operations to develop turning movement reports, providing current and buildout Level of Service analyses, evaluating collision reduction opportunities through signal timing and striping modifications, coordinating data collection with a traffic control plan, preparing new timing signal sheets and striping plans, and creating a final technical memo with an itemized engineer's estimate. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work must be onsite in Arroyo Grande, CA. Applicants must meet specific City insurance standards, including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability coverages.
