Professional Architectural and Engineering Design Services

The University of Minnesota’s Capital Project Management and Facilities Management require professional architectural and engineering design services to prepare a predesign study for modernizing elevators across its Twin Cities campus. The scope of work includes performing site investigations, reviewing existing building documents, meeting with University stakeholders and state inspectors, evaluating current elevator conditions, generating cost analyses and preliminary schedules, and drafting design intent documents for future design-build procurements. Work performance will take place onsite across specific buildings in the St. Paul, East Bank, West Bank, Health Science, and HRA districts. Eligibility is restricted to United States onshore organizations. The consultant team must include an architect, elevator design consultant, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, and construction estimator.
