Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment Services for Vocational Rehabilitation Programs in New York

The government authority located in New York requires a vendor to provide comprehensive statewide needs assessment services offsite. The selected vendor must identify areas needing improvement in Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services, support, program practices, and policies.
