Architectural and Design Services for Cleveland County Health Department Storage Warehouse

The Cleveland County Health Department seeks a USA-based vendor to provide architectural and design services for a 6,500-square-foot storage warehouse located at 250 James Garner Ave, Norman, OK. The project scope includes site planning, discovery, existing condition analysis, programming, concept design, design development, and construction documents. The facility must feature climate-controlled and heat-only storage spaces, drive-through capabilities, parking optimization, a covered trailer loading area, and vehicle protection during inclement weather while maintaining the aesthetics of the Wellness Square campus. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this onsite project.
