Town of Lexington On-Call Public Address System Services and Maintenance Contract

The Town of Lexington is seeking qualified bidders for an on-call time and materials contract to service public address systems and associated equipment. The scope includes installation, repair, maintenance, programming, and upgrades for PA, paging, intercom, master clock, signaling, and related building communication systems. Vendors must conduct work offsite at their own office premises while maintaining required response times for service calls. Only onshore USA organizations that are DCAMM Certified in the Telecommunications Systems Work Category are eligible to bid. All contractor employees working in Lexington must undergo a criminal background check. Bids must be delivered to the Lexington Town Offices Purchasing Office by Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The contract term commences upon full execution of the agreement.
