Professional TIF District Planning, Design, and Economic Development Consulting Services

The Town of South Berwick, Maine, seeks statements of qualifications for professional planning, design, and economic development consulting services. The selected vendor will guide Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district investments, develop a conceptual aerial layout plan with a narrative, recommend rezoning options, and conduct public and town board engagement.
