FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES — STANISLAUS REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY

The Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) requires public accounting firms to provide independent financial audit services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2027, June 30, 2028, and June 30, 2029. The selected contractor must perform audit procedures, evaluate internal controls, communicate findings, and prepare accurate audit reports offsite while meeting annual audit and reporting deadlines. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations. Prospective bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting on November 16, 2026, and submit all questions by November 30, 2026. An Evaluation Committee will review, score, and rank proposals based on cost proposals and technical factors, including a 25% weight on timeline and commitment. StanRTA's Board of Directors will make the final contract award based on the committee's recommendation and cost analysis.
